Position Overview We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new Ermington centre , set to open at the end of January 2026 . This beautiful new service will feature three rooms, providing a warm and engaging space for children to learn, grow, and thrive. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educational Leader/Assistant Director to join the foundation team at Ermington. This is a hands on, on the floor role where you will work closely with educators each day, leading by example and driving best practice in early education. You will mentor and guide your team, support curriculum implementation, and assist the Centre Director with the day-to-day operations and leadership of the service. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of educators through on-the-floor mentoring, collaboration, and support. Model and guide best-practice early childhood education in daily routines and program implementation. Work alongside the Centre Director to ensure smooth daily operations, staffing, and compliance. Develop and deliver engaging, holistic learning programs that nurture each child’s growth, curiosity, and development. Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture focused on high-quality care and education. Build strong relationships with families and the community, promoting involvement and Mini Masterminds’ values. Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing standards are consistently met and upheld.
